Transforming Anger into Energy, Clarity & Direction

Workshop Overview

Anger is one of the most misunderstood human emotions.

Often seen as something to suppress or avoid, anger can instead serve as a powerful signal — pointing toward our unmet needs, personal values, and boundaries.

When approached with awareness and care, this emotional energy can be transformed into motivation, clarity, and renewed purpose.

This 3-hour experiential workshop offers a safe and supportive space to explore how anger shows up in the body and mind, and how it can be redirected into healthy expression and meaningful action.

Through guided reflection, breathwork, and somatic (body-based) practices, participants will learn practical tools to support emotional release, regulation, resilience, and personal growth in everyday life.
