Bodhi Michael (Conscious Wolf)

facilitates personal growth workshops that integrate somatic awareness, emotional resilience practices, and guided reflection.

With over 30 years of professional and life experience β€” including 15 years in high-pressure, people-centred environments β€” he offers a grounded and respectful approach that supports participants in exploring their inner experiences with care and personal responsibility.

What You May Experience

Drawing from Tantra and somatic practices, we will explore relational qualities and polarity β€” such as direction and receptivity, presence, surrender and flow, emotions and energy β€” in a grounded, respectful way.

This workshop includes breathwork, gentle movement, awareness practices, and optional partner exercises that support attunement and conscious connection.

Touch and proximity are always optional, clearly guided, and rooted in consent, pacing, and self-responsibility.

This class is open to couples and individuals. You may attend with a partner or on your own.

There is no expectation to pair up, touch, or share beyond what feels right for you.

Readiness & Prerequisites

This class builds on foundational embodiment and consent skills.

Participants are strongly encouraged to have attended at least one Embodied Alchemy class (or a Men’s Gathering for men), or to have prior experience with embodiment, somatic awareness, or conscious relationship work.

If you’re new and unsure about readiness, you’re welcome to reach out beforehand.

This workshop IS for people who:

β—‹ Are curious about conscious connection and relational awareness

β—‹ Want to explore polarity in a grounded, embodied way

β—‹ Value consent, clear communication, and emotional safety

β—‹ Are willing to slow down and listen to their bodies

β—‹ Have some familiarity with embodiment or reflective practices

This class May NOT be a fit if you:

● Are looking for sexual instruction or explicit sexual practices

● Prefer fast-paced, high-intensity experiences

● Expect forced interaction, sharing, or physical contact

No performance, sharing, or touch is ever required.

Please wear comfortable, layered clothing. We will mostly be moving slowly and deliberately, with presence to notice sensations feel emotions as they arise in your body.
