Bodhi’s Classes
Bodhi Michael (Conscious Wolf)
Bodhi Michael (Conscious Wolf) is a facilitator of conscious connection and embodied wellbeing, supporting couples to slow down, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect in ways that feel safe, respectful, and nourishing.
With over 30 years of professional and life experience—including 15 years in high-pressure, people-centred environments—Bodhi brings a calm, steady presence that helps couples feel relaxed and supported.
His work gently integrates breathwork, mindful movement, simple partner practices, and clear communication to encourage emotional and physical closeness, trust, and ease.
Bodhi’s approach is grounded in wellness rather than performance, and in presence rather than expectation.
At Creekside, his intention is to create a warm, restorative environment where couples can step out of daily stress and into a shared experience of connection, care, and renewal—leaving feeling more balanced, open, and in harmony with one another.
Embodied Alchemy
Embodied Alchemy is a nervous-system embodiment experience designed to help you slow down, return to presence, regulate and reconnect with your body at a deeper pace than a typical class allows.
Each session weaves breathwork, mindful movement, somatic awareness, and emotional integration practices to support grounding, clarity, and embodied presence.
The extended format allows time to arrive, explore gently, and fully integrate — without rushing or overwhelm.
All practices are invitational. You’re never asked to ignore your feelings or emotions or push past your limits.
This is a respectful, caring, and consciously held space where boundaries, consent, and nervous-system safety are central.
This class is for you if you want to:
● Learn skills and practice ways to recognise and reduce anxiety and stress.
● Feel more at home and present in your body
● Release, regulate and resource your nervous system in day to day life.
● Build emotional resilience and embodied awareness.
● Explore depth at a grounded, humane pace.
No prior experience required.
Come as you are. Leave feeling present, resourced, and more connected.

Tantra and Embodied Polarities for Couples and Singles
Tantra & Embodied Polarities is a guided, wellness-oriented class exploring connection, boundaries, and relational dynamics through embodied awareness and presence.
Rather than focusing on technique, performance, or intensity, this class emphasizes nervous-system regulation, clear communication, and choice.
Drawing from Tantra-informed and somatic practices, participants explore relational qualities often described as polarity — such as direction and receptivity, steadiness and flow, emotions and energy — in a grounded, respectful, and non-sexualized way.
Classes may include breathwork, gentle movement, awareness practices, and optional partner exercises that support attunement and conscious connection.
Touch and proximity are always optional, clearly guided, and rooted in consent, pacing, and self-responsibility.
This class is open to couples and individuals. You may attend with a partner or on your own.
There is no expectation to pair up, touch, or share beyond what feels right for you.

MEN’S GATHERING
Men’s Gatherings are facilitated, transformational spaces where men come together to slow down, be heard, and reconnect — with themselves and with one another — in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
This men’s gathering offers a grounded, judgment-free container where men can land, breathe, and meet life more honestly.
Through embodied practices, reflection, and shared presence, men are invited to deepen self-awareness, practice emotional maturity, develop emotional resilience, and cultivate a steady, grounded masculine presence — one rooted in both strength and sensitivity.
What to Expect?
Each gathering is responsive to the group and may include:
● Gentle grounding movement or somatic warm-up
● Breath and nervous-system regulation practices
● Guided reflection and optional sharing
● Embodiment or relational exercises or simple, initiatory rituals (non-sexual, consent-based)
● Group discussion around themes of masculinity, relationships, purpose, and presence
● A simple closing practice for integration
There is no requirement to share, no expectation to relive trauma, and no pressure to participate beyond what feels right for you.
This is a sober, respectful, and confidential space. Clear agreements support emotional safety, choice, and integrity.
Benefits of attending a Men's Gathering:
○ Become more aware of sensations, emotions, and patterns arising in the body.
○ Express and release emotions in healthy, contained ways.
○ Learn somatic tools for regulation, boundaries, communication, and embodied presence.
○ Explore personal power without dominance or suppression.
○ Experience connection, accountability, and brotherhood with other men on a similar path.
○ Strengthen how they show up as partners, fathers, colleagues, and leaders.
The work is practical, embodied, and relevant to real life. Vulnerability is invited but never forced. Listening is valued as much as speaking.
The circle is not therapy (though healing and transformation may occur) nor is it a performance space — it is a place to practice being real, regulated, and responsible in connection.
The intention is to support men in becoming more secure, embodied, heart-centered, sovereign, relational and grounded — men who can meet life, relationships, and leadership from wholeness rather than fragmentation.
This is a community-based offering. You’re invited to contribute at a level that feels honest, sustainable, and aligned with how you value the space.
If finances are a barrier, you’re welcome to reach out to me directly. No one who wants to attend will be turned away.
