Cindy Yarnell has been a Certified Bio-Energy Healing Practitioner since 2022 and has recently completed several more courses, during 2025, to become a Certified Bio-Energy Healing - Level 1 Teacher, and Advanced Practitioner.
Cindy first encountered the life-changing experience of Bio-Energy Healing back in 2020 when her chronic debilitating back pain was completely healed thanks to this wonderful healing modality, and ever since, her greatest passions and desires have been to learn this beautiful modality and to share this amazing gift of Bio-Energy Healing with the world.

Through guided relaxation and heart-centered energy healing, participants will be supported in releasing emotional heaviness, cultivating self-love, and expanding their capacity to give and receive love.
