Cheryl Kasianiuk
Cheryl Kasianiuk is a former Baby Store/Children’s Store owner from Edmonton, AB. She is happily married with two adult sons. Cheryl is extremely grateful to call Canmore her permanent home since the Fall of 2025. Curiosity led Cheryl to undertake several certifications with the Gaja Collective since 2020.
Cheryl is currently a 200 hr Yoga Alliance approved Yoga instructor, A Total Well-being Coach, A Meditation Instructor and a Health (Ayurvedic) Instructor. Through the Eckhart Tolle School of Awakening, she is also attaining certification as a Teacher of Presence. When Cheryl is not teaching or coaching others, you will find her outside. She finds solace and connection in the stillness of nature and enjoys recharging her batteries in the forest and mountains.
Cheryl is deeply committed to helping others lead healthier, happier and more joyful lives. She strives to help others radiate the Light that they are in the world by accessing the stillness and silence inside.

Join Cheryl every Wednesday starting on July 15th at 10am in the garden at Creekside Villa.
Enjoy the warm breeze, songs of the local birds, and the soft grass under your mat.
This outdoor yoga class will be one hour in length and will include All Ages and All Abilities.
*In case of inclement weather, class will be moved to the yoga room in the basement*

Are you curious about Meditation and Why or How to do it?
Are you seeking inner peace and freedom but cannot seem to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life?
In this 2 hour introductory Meditation class we will explore the ancient practice of meditation, including how meditation works, its purpose, and its benefits. You'll learn how to practice mantra meditation and experience a guided meditation. Lastly you will get some practical tips to feel confident about your meditation technique so you can continue to meditate at home on your own.
