Inner Reset
Calyssa Reimer is a spiritual coach, energy healer, and emotional release practitioner trained in somatic practices. In the last five years, she has experienced many profound awakenings of internal and external shifts, confronting long-held fears and patterns that no longer served her. During this time, she discovered Kundalini yoga. The practice supported her through these awakenings and motivated her to weave it into her offerings.
Recently, she faced the truth of spiritual bypassing, which deepened her connection to her emotional truth. This led her to train in Emotional Release Therapy, integrating the work to help release held emotions in the body.
She is deeply aware of how lonely, confusing, and overwhelming it can be to navigate difficult moments in life, especially during times of loss and transition. From all these years of trainings and inner work, Calyssa shows up with intention. She fully embraces human emotions, cultivates a healthy relationship to them, and strives to be raw, real, and relatable. She supports individuals on their inner journeys to reconnect with their authentic selves. She guides them to face what is ready to be seen, felt, and released, creating a safe and held space to lean into discomfort as part of the process.
Her offerings serve as a sanctuary for the soul- a space where individuals can be fully witnessed, honoured, and supported as they are, with safety and presence woven into every moment. Through this work, a renewed alignment with the self and the inner guidance system unfolds, fostering empowerment, freedom, and balance. Her passion is to share her own experiences in hopes that others can relate, integrate insights, and take steps toward their own growth and transformation
Inner Reset With Calyssa
A seasonally attuned class weaving breathwork, meditation, mantra, and Kundalini Yoga-inspired movement through the framework of Chinese Medicine and the meridian system.
It activates specific energy channels in the body while supporting you to move at your own pace, follow your internal rhythm and gently explore your edges. Breath is used as an anchor as we move through both easeful and challenging postures, supporting awareness, capacity, and regulation without forcing intensity or release.
The class supports nervous system regulation, energetic flow, and deeper re-patterning over time. All postures are adaptable, and you are encouraged to meet yourself where you are in each moment.
