Amélie Plouffe
Amelie has been practicing yoga for many years, and it’s been a source of healing, clarity, and resilience in her life. Through her yoga practice, Amelie’s learned the power of slowing down, listening inward, and creating space for renewal.
Amelie’s teaching style reflects this path - gentle, intentional, and rooted in compassion. In each class, she aims to offer a safe and restorative environment where students can breathe deeply, release tension, and reconnect with themselves. Her hope is that the grounding and ease yoga has brought her, can be felt and shared by everyone who steps into the spaces she creates.
